FREE EXERCISE GROUPS

Introducing FREE Exercise Classes at the House of Neighborly Service - La Escuelita

For the past couple of months the House of Neighborly Service has hosted a free exercise group for women only on Thursdays every week at 9:00 am. If you are wondering what type of exercise the group is, it is Zumba®!

Zumba®  is exercise in disguise. It combines fast pace intervals of Latin inspired dance movements.

House of Neighborly Service is proud to be able to make exercise accessible to the community at no cost as they have partnered up with ASU School of Social Work to bring this service.

Exercise is important for everyone as it reduces stress, keeps you healthy, and makes you feel good. (Remember is is important to consult your physician before starting an exercise program).

In addition to this, there is more exciting news!
Starting November 13th, 2012, there will be an added FREE class on Tuesdays at 7:15 pm. More details to come.

If you would like to volunteer to teach a Zumba®  class or be the one taking the class then contact Sarai Darbandi at sarai.darbandi@gmail.com.

House of Neighborly Service is located at 243 West 33rd Street.

Please come join us for fun, fitness, and community!
